You can get started with Arc Mobile by following these easy steps:

Insert your Arc Mobile SIM card in to your mobile and switch it on
Top up your Arc Mobile
You can now make and receive calls and SMS from your Arc Mobile

TOP UP YOUR BALANCE

You can buy Arc Mobile Top-up vouchers from your local retailer. The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel. To top up your balance in the UK using your Arc Mobile, either;
Enter *131*PIN# press send, or
Dial 321 (or 92#) and follow the instructions.

Dial +447404 000 321 and follow the instructions

CHECK YOUR BALANCE

You can check your balance at any time

To check your balance in the UK using your Arc Mobile either:
Enter *131# (or 94#), press send and your balance will be shown on your Arc Mobile screen or;
Dial 321 (or 95#) and listen to your balance

To check your balance while you are abroad:
Dial +447404 000 321 and listen to your balance

ACCESS YOUR VOICEMAIL

Using your Arc Mobile Voicemail, you can:

Listen to messages left for you
Record a welcome message to enable callers to recognise you
Your voicemail settings
Select the preferred language

To access your voicemail:

Dial 121 when you are in the UK or
Dial +447404000121 when you are roaming and follow the instructions

Note: You can access your voicemail only from your Arc Mobile SIM.
